As requested, we can further insulate the exposed areas at the main cab=n area window line and lower side

You were partially correct in your assessment - you ma= have heard noise coming from the 1/H fwd seat
outboard area, but it was n=t from the headliner - it was most likely from the window line area where =here was
absolutely no insulation at all (an open pocket between ribs, exp=sed to the fuselage skin).
Please note that the headliner panels and the valence =anels have been previously treated with an acoustical
barrier material lam=nated directly to the panels.
As noted in my prior e-mail, the cabin area windows ar= not well insulated and have bare exposed fuselage. This
would be treat=d as per the open cellular acoustic foam.
The window line and lower side panels would be treated=with two (2) different acoustical materials:
A high performance vibration dampening material would =e adhered directly to the composite lower side,
window line and headlin=r panels. This composite dampening material is very effective at reduci=g the airborne sound
generated by vibration of these panels.=/span>

Additionally, we will also incorporate an=Aeroblanket which consists of one layer of an Aerobarrier material
bonded =o one layer of Nomex fiber. This over frame blanket i= used to close out the insulation and preven= a direct
path for sound to penetrate into the cabin.
<= class="MsoNormal">More specifically, the AeroBar=ier component of the blanket is highly effective in
reducing overall sound=levels and the fiber is very effective at reducing high frequency sound le=els.
The cost to procure and install these materials is $16=870.
Please let me know if you would like us to install the=e acoustical dampening materials so that we can order
them ASAP and ship o=ernight or if not, allow us to continue reinstallation of the interior.=/u>
PS - good news - 3 new light bulbs all=of the same series part number did the trick - we will monitor the lights
=ver the next few days to make sure there is not a weak power supply / ball=st.
Warm regards,
Eric
