We=accomplished Prebuy Test flight on March 4th, 2017 at Gulfstream Westfield,=with Sellers Chief Pilot Shawn Mulligan at Chevron, Since Seller would not a=low us to utilize Gulfstream Test Pilots, I requested the Gulfstream Westfi=ld provide a Mx and Avionics person to accompany me on the test flight to n=te any system abnormalities during the flight test. =br>On Sept 2nd I departed NY to Paris, with only operating 44 hours s=nce prebuy inspection, I had uncontrollable HOT Cabin air temperature, I ca=led Gulfstream Tech support upon landing in Paris, and was given their guid=nce to remove and inspect both Pack valve gaskets„ Immediately Tech suppor= informed its common for the Pack Valves to blow their rubber seal and bypa=s warm air into the cabin,. Photo below shows both of my pack valves had bl=wn gaskets, each valve costs $45,000, this should could have easily been id=ntified by Westfield Maintenance personal during my PreBuy TestFlight. Gulfstream FAST team was contacted through Lut=on and supplied a FAST team tech from Zurich to assist in replacing BOTH Pa=k valves. I still await their final invoice for their service, EFTA_R1_01758955 EFTA02582043 Plan D, LLC is requesting an investigation into this ma=ter with hopes of warrenty claim + compensation for this event. <=pan> As you are aware, we just signed for $1.5M improvement= with Gulfstream Savanah which included New Paint, Wood Veneer, KABand Wifi=and XM weather along with other Mx Due cards for serial 5173.
