A=so the lawyers keep saying that I am getting Noam's whole estate (mean=ng one of his two IRAs in Noam's name and meaning the one that was bei=g used for family members distributions, Wellfleet rent in the amount of $=0,000, other family expenses and our own expenses, therefore being deplete= at a high speed). And I have an additional concern about the veraci=y of the facts: whatever is left of it, as I am still not an American citi=en, will be subjected to taxes and since this IRA is being considered as t=e only estate Noam has, wouldn't all the expenses and taxes have to be=paid from it, possibly bringing it to zero or worse, to negative, therefor= whatever asset we would have out of this (such as our new house, under a =ortgage), could be requested to pay debts? Just t=ying to understand the situation as we have been kept in dark by lawyers a=d accountants. It seems they have declared Noam as incompetent and incapab=e and are making all the decisions under someone's else guidance.
