Currently at grand jury duty and it appears there is no way out= I was presented two options: serve now or serve in 6 weeks. I choose to se=ve and try my luck. Yesterday my name was pulled along with 68 others to ma=e up 3 grand jury panels of 23 on each. Approx 15 people were not selected a=d released. When I told warden that I had reasons not to serve he said you w=re selected and must serve. I am being told 2-5pm every day for 3-4 weeks. N=t happy!! Paul Barrett and another friend had in last year or so and they s=id they could care less what my excuse for not serving is.. I should be abl= to miss 2-3 days in total.
