The device was meant for LSJ to=allow at least one mac to have decent internet but I am using it to give ST= network internet service to share and allow everyone to still be connected=to the server. Unfortunately, this setup reduces the speed. This is only a s=op gap measure until Broadband VI get their server in position and fired up= Once STC is secured on Broadband VI, I will send the device to LSJ to give o=e or two units internet service there until we provide internet services th=re as well. Regards Jruan Good evening boss STC Internet status: Per Liston, who was in a meeting with the manager of Broadband VI concerning=the delay in the activation of our service. He reported the following: The IP control server (this server registers new public static addresses to n=w customers) was in the process of being moved. This part of their system i= being moved from the Crown Bay site to the Estate Ross site. It was suppos= to be done by 12:00 pm but when Liston checked in, it was still not online= He will check with them in the morning. LSJ / GSJ Earl will be assigning Alyster and a couple of other guys to begin repairs o= the St.Thomas tower first then transition to (Si this weekend. He is also w=rking on a temporary solution to provide service while they bring the drago=wave link online. He will inform me in the morning once he has confirmed th= details. I have expressed urgency in this matter. They will push for activa=ion for tomorrow 12:00pm. Earl from VIVA is trying to free up man power and resources to start work on=LSJ internet this weekend. I will continue to follow with both gentlemen on the internet for all locati=ns.
