It is not very well maintained, and I'm sure that you'd never accept t=at your guests experience this when staying at one of your apartments. Burned out light bulbs, peeling paint, hanging wires, 20 year old noisy AC s=stem, stained sofa, stained toilet seat... Long list of maintenance items. = When I tried to iron a shirt, the iron leaked a stream of rust. Broken pots/=ans in the kitchen. The apartment I stayed at last time had similar problems and essential items=missing If you want, I'm happy to take the apartments, one at a time and provide a l=st of things that needs repair and maintenance. After all, you are still pa=ing me for two more weeks of consulting, so I'd like to provide you with my=services as paid for.
