Assignment distributing interests in NAR Inv=stments LLC pro rata to BFP partners (including the GRATs); Contribution Agreements whereby the trusts c=ntribute assets to Narrows; • Second Amendment and Restatement of Narrows =LC Operating Agreement admitting new members.
