We had a piece of the eucalyptus wood veneer in out design center library- likely not the same log, but likely close enough to give us a feel for the coloration and grain pattern. Larry sent me the two pies of the G650 you/ Gulfstream referenced. I am not sure how the blue carpet will look with the existing materials scheme now that you have switched course and elected the dark wood... If you want to keep the boucle divan fabric, then you need a visually heavy material on the divan arm rests as the boucle is a very textured, nubby fabric. Personally, id rather see you replace the divan fabric with the Loro Piana cashmere fabric with leather welting. The divan end arms can be reshaped as per your desire and upholstered in either the leather or a combination of the cashmere and leather. Heading down to Maryland this am for Thanksgiving then I will be in Cayman Next week on vacation, but wanted to address this with you prior to waiting on your wood sample.
