Subject: Sophia Hey Bossman, I don't want you to think that I'm not trying to help Sophia and I don't hav= her best interest at heart. Maybe a change of environment and being away from me would do her better bec=use St.Thomas just isn't working out. I think that by me being her god-mot=er she was expecting special treatment and it became visible to others in t=e office. For months I've been trying to help and guide Sophia on how to work in the o=fice and assist others and it hasn't been going so well. I thought that she=would be great for the position but unfortunately it's not working out. In f=ct it's kind of embarrassing to hear everyone complain about her and also t= hear her complain about them. I just don't want you to be disappointed in Sophia if you moved her to a dif=erent location and things don't go so well. But, then again it could also t=rn out to be a good thing.
