I got great news this week re the TV show(500k for the show ) but I thought=that this donor was gong to fund poetry and science ( poetry of earth , se= and sky) and in-classroom experiments , and they've deferred that in =avor of TV I am not going to be able to get at the edges of science with you-- I don&#=9;t have the background --but there are poems that help me -- and might he=p others see some of those edges. Marianne Moore's poems of evolution=C2 that use metaphor to link zoologyand etymology with ethics; A.R ammo=s who writes poems full of physics but also delighting in the lexicons of =cience I am also working with Edlabs to test what I do and its effectiveness with =ids In schools We are designing experiments to figure out how to max=mize attention span , tap kids spontaneity and to raise reading comp=ehension Talk more ?
