Tomorrow there's going to be a discussion with the med=ator and the two sides. On the table is Vincent's proposal,
more=or less along the lines you know, and a proposal from the lawyer (Berman) =or Max's insurance company,
conceding quite a lot, but there remains a=gap between the financial compensation Berman proposes and what Vincent
is=proposing. Will let you know how it works out.
Va=eria thinks that the settlement should include providing the records (Vinc=nt and I agree).
