Do you think I should participate in the mediation, as the=mediator requested?
If the two daughters, who are=beneficiaries of the trust, requested legal representation to be paid from=the trust, if
they were to participate, why should I?
My position is that I should not participate since this is a father and =hildren situation, I am not being legally represented
and therefore I shou=d not say anything. I can listen to the discussion and reserve mysel= the right to be silent. Do you
think this is the right thing t= do?
