In reviewing our records, it =ppears that the donations were made by Mr. and Mrs. Black personally, =ather than through their Foundation. In order to ensure our =ecords are complete, I will need a confirmation from them that they are =uthorizing the transfer or that you have the authority to authorize the transfer =n their behalf. A simple letter stating that they authorize the =ransfer of funds from the ASU Foundation to the MIT Media Lab would be =ufficient. Upon further review, we need to reconfirm the amount =hat we would send based on other gifts for the same purpose and =emaining unspent funds.
