Here's how we can do that.
1. We pick 12 people for the start. Say 6 guys, 6=girls.
For example Samantha, Katya, Jay, N=il and I'll show you more candidates.
apan>2. Gathering them every 3 months or more often. We can start in the beg=ing of February so people can put it in
the schedules.
For every new gathering we'd as= first attendees to nominate new people and select 2-3 best. Some people ca= also be
excluded. We can grow it up to 15-20 people at he fir=t year.
3. We discuss some global topics s= people fill like they participate in designing the future. We can also inv=te one
additional person who's an expert on the topic.
=div>
Idea #1
We discuss state of science, fundament=l and social, what kind of research they do, what it brings to the world an= how
world change under its influence. Invite scientists on topic to speak +=make commentaries on them + follow with
discussion Idea #2 United Nations has sustainable development g=als document —
https://www.un.org/sustainabled=velopment/sustainable-development-goals/
<https://www.un.org/sustainabl=development/sustainable-development-goals/> .
Every participant c=n:
- give their idea on how they would enhance this doc=ment;
- offer their approach to solve one of the sustainabl= development goals listed in the document.
Idea #3
We can discuss the key global pro=lems. Say — would it be crises/not? What's happening with c=imate change? Is AI a
threat? Etc
Idea #4
TBD
At the end of year we can do 2-3 days e=ent/retreat in a beautiful place so everyone get to know each other even
be=ter.
Between the sessions we can read a few b=oks on particular topic every time and then discuss it all together. <=div>

In a year we'd have a solid group of 20 y=ung people educated and knowledgeable on the world's global problem=,
trends and opportunities.
This would look l=ke something between an informal think tank and salon. This group can be us=d to run through it any
ideas/policies that can influence society on intern=tional level. Positioning: something like a global young intellectual
el ite=group.
We don't have to say that, we can give a sen=e of it.
Would they really become this elite or not —=depends on them.
Global thinking, curiosity, fast c=reer growth would be a criteria for each of them.
What do you think?
