Back to apartments. I dont know whether to look at lo=g term vs short term. Short term literally add what seems
like 40% on to t=e price for the exact same apartment you could get long term.
Ho=ever the difficulty with long term is due to the fact that I do not have w=rk proving that I earn four times the
amount of the rent, and no UK benefa=tor (the person has to own property in the UK) I would have to pay 6 month= up
front. What I would do with long term is only take it with a 6 month b=eak clause, so that you can leave after 6 months.
There is also a deposit =ith long term which I think you get back at the end if you haven't cau=ed damage.
Then there is also the question of must I look for a =pace where Karyna could visit because it makes it a slightly
different dea=. But even if its one bedroom, I could give her my bed.
And then as always I know this is not your responsibility and =ou have given me the world already and I would
understand if I had to sort=it myself from a financial stand point.
