Her words. -she was Speaking to Sean Lancaster, my name came up, Sean told Wendy they have an accepted offer on Limited's BBJ and Wen=y says, she knows the Buyer, and is real, she wouldn't tell me the n=me or Price. Sean and Wendy are buddies. -Wendy also informs, she has a $1M deposit on Her BBJ2 „ But doesn'= know who the actual buyer is, ?? She says there are a lot of conditions to the offer, and NO LOI has been pre=ented only a $1M in escrow. She said the offer is $19.5M "As Is" •" if there are conditions that aren't acceptable, why would she s=y "As Is"?? She keeps saying the sellers bottom line is $21M, but might consider the $19=5 offer. She rather you engage in the BB12 with an offer, since she knows us, (typical BS Broker lingo).
