The goal of the FUTURE of Physics program is to support the ambitions =f aspiring young women* in physics, who will go on to become part =f a diverse generation of scientific leaders. The program will =ring a cohort of 30 outstanding undergraduate women to the Caltech campus for an all-expenses paid 2-day event. The agenda =ill feature scientific talks, intimate round-table discussions on =E2 big questions" in physics with Caltech faculty, and =umerous mini-workshops designed to help participants through the =raduate school application process.
