The repo=t begins with the year 2015 EFTA_R1_01835723 EFTA02624847 because from 2009 to 2014 the Non Exempt Trust=assets were managed by Palmer Dodge/Edwards Wildman Palmer.<=span> 3. </=pan>The pdf fil= attached and denominated "Palmer Dodge Accounts" shows ac=ivity in three accounts. At the top you will see a few transactions =uring the period when the original, revocable trust had not yet been divid=d into exempt and non-exempt parts. Next you will see transactions f=r the Non Exempt trust, prior to transfer of the balance of that account t= Bainco, in 2015. Last you will see a limited number of payments out=of the smaller Exempt Trust account at Palmer Dodge (the rest of the Exemp= Trust assets already being at Bainco). There are several entries on the Palmer Dodge report (received from Gou=ston & Storrs) that were unclear to me. In case they raise quest=ons for you too, let me note them here: a.4)=A0 Under the Non-Exempt Trust sect=on there is an entry dated January 9, 2013 that reports a distribution of =ualcomm shares (79) to Noam. I was informed that this was in fact a distri=ution on Noam's behalf to his charitable gift fund. b. The last four e=tries in the Non-Exempt Trust section reference wire transfers to Bank Of =ew York. I was informed that this reflected distribution of the account ba=ance to Bainco.
