Kyle said that not having black and white directions with plans and =pecifications makes the job very difficult for him.. Kyle then said he is not used to tracking down small details.. Kyle understands that he is not performing the way we need stuff done.. He called Jay from JPK earlier today and plans to meet with him =onight.. I asked Kyle why he came to SIT and he said he wanted an easier =ifestyle and to spend more time with his family.. I get the impression he will ask Jay to go work with him or if not look =or another job elsewhere.. Please advise thank you i will be calling bill rowles now...
