Sin=e November 2018 she has been working again as an intern, making $15 dollars an hour. • Under current visa (Fl), she is allow=d to work only on a part-time basis. IPI's internship program is s=ructured to last no more than a year. Thus to keep engaged at IPI, =elia and suggest hiring her as a part-time employee (under Gunbat's sponsorship) with an annual ful=-time salary of $50,000, a slight raise. For part-time work in 2019 this would cost IPI appr=ximately $30,000, salary, benefits, and other overhead.
