Initially, the HOU consulate requested one new photo (=ifferent from the one on the 2018 visa), old cancelled passport, new passpo=t, completed and signed application form (G3 can create it — concie=ge fee would apply) and visa transfer fee $74. Additional documents may apply once submitted. Current fastest pro=essing time 8 business days in HOU — the waiting time for authoriza=ion may add.
