As=we have discussed over the past few months, STC needs additional technical=assistance. Jermaine has been carrying
the tech department and he ne=ds help. Liston Thomas has been working for us from time to time on = contractual
basis for about ten years. He and Jermaine have worked =ell together on projects and I think he would be a good fit. I
sugge=t that we bring him on board on a full time basis.
