It can't be walked on when wet. A scratch is in the floor of the master from when our guys moved furnitur= out. The flooring guys tried to fix and coat over it, but it is still vis=ble. Luis said the only way to fix it is to sand the floors uniformly back=down, then start over with the polyurethane. Do you want me to have them fix it? If so, then completion o= the master will be delayed by at least a week. If not, we can put the mas=er back together Monday and get Reefco back in ASAP. I believe they'll=need three days. Also, I asked Luis about the discoloration =round the edges. He said this is caused by moisture condensation in the wa=ls (the walls are sweating due to temperature variances from outside to in=ide). He said they have a matching paint that they can use to go around th= edges with a thin line to blend this in.
