USACE regulatory has been giving him s=me push back on processing of the dock permits(and on several other non
co=pliances he has settled). I will be talking to him about what needs =o be done to get things moving forward again. I
know CZM had raised =ssues on the applications and the temporary ramps. Has there been a =esolution? I want to
check on what is happening but did not want to =tir the pot so to speak if a resolution is in the process.
On the cable side we are less than a mon=h away from both the CZM permit and
the USACE permit.
