I informed Thomas, once we install CPDLC on the GIV it will be much more att=active for a quick sale to others. He agreed, and is VERY excited to procee=. Thomas spoke to his personal bank, who also uses Thomas's charter co=pany for Corperate use., The bank is willing to take his Falcon 50 and Premier jet as collateral and g=ve Thomas the loan to buy the GIV., they also gave Thomas 12months to sell h=s Aircraft, which doesn't effect us,. Thomas also said, he would not tell the bank the aircraft is down for CPDLC i=stallation, he would rather close and just continue with the install. Thomas mentioned, he is possibly willing to close before the install of the C=DLC, and offered a lease back at direct operating cost, (fuel) if you need t= use the plane while the G550 is down for interior Mx., Before the CPDLC in=tall starts. The only open end portion is the airworthy maintenance items that are found d=ring the 36month inspection, that would be our responsibility to repair. =l'm not sure what price he will offer, at this point, Gary has told h=m we have a $3.5M ask with CPDLC / 36month items completed. Thomas mentioned, we are only a couple hundred thousand dollars apart, my gu=ss, he will start at $3.2m and maybe come up to $3.3m He never committed to a price he is willing to pay, I'm sure we will=hear something this evening or tomorrow at the latest, Thomas mentioned there would be no pre-buy, he will use Wendy's pre-=uy, and only request a maintenance test flight, and possible records resear=h only.
