I have only affection and respect for both you and xavier. . true talents. . as you can see from the sept submssion. time was spent. by us both, more mobilization fees on my side than yours . months of my time , and setting back the project by more than than only the 5 months. . I believe you are capable of doing the project but as i said from day one. not from an office in france. . also I had asked for pencil first drafts so as not to wait and find roads that were dead ends.
