Sorry for the delay. Our psa comments will be with your attorney tomorrow. We are making good progress on
the dd as you can see. I know this is more than usual but unfortunately, our dd can me more intensive than others. I
think we are wrapping up and we should connect tomorrow morning to discuss timing to close. I am flying back from
