In paragr=ph 7, for the closing date which was originally required to close with=n 30 days after the Contract Deadline (which was a date by which the P=rchase Agreement is to be signed within 10 business days after the parties s=gned the offer). Buyer now wants the closing to take place within 60 d=ys after the Contract Deadline. They don't want to have an is=ue if their bank takes longer than promised. So they are building in s=me cushion. Please advise whether o= not to accept these changes.
