In paragraph 7, for the closing date which =as originally required to close within 30 days after the =ontract Deadline (which was a date by which the Purchase Agreement =s to be signed within 10 business days after the parties signed the ÿer). Buyer now wants the closing to take place within 60 days =fter the Contract Deadline. They don't want to have an =ssue if their bank takes longer than promised. So they are =uilding in some cushion.
