R=sty got us the second or third install slot since we are doing Paint. Rusty and Gulfstream SAV need our definite answer today regarding what we wa=t to accomplish during paint so they can arrange their schedule. If we elect to install Wifi, Xm weather and New wood, Savanah wants to give o=r Oct 11th paint slot to another G550 paint job, Rusty wants the aircraft O=t 1st to start avionics install and remove the wood, We would go into pain= Nov 22nd, with completion Dec 31st., Note: Avionics install during paint doesn't save us time, since no work on interio= and exterior is possible while aircraft is in paint booth,. Only advantage=is removing the wood before paint, since that work is accomplished in their=shop. Wifi install is 4 weeks Wood is 12 weeks Paint is quoted at 26 working days / 5 weeks. *** More Wood samples should arrive (Si Thursday from SAV. Options 1 Full install: Paint, Wood, Wifi & Xm weather. (Oct 1st input - finish Dec 31st) Input Oct 1st for wood, wifi, Xm weather, install New Engine cowls. Completion Dec 31st. Option 2 Paint, Wifi and Xm Weather only. (Oct 15th Input - finish Dec 31st) Input Oct 15th for engine cowls install, for Wifi, Xm, and Engine cowls only= paint slot would be Nov 11th with a completion of Dec 31st. Option 3 Paint only. (Oct 6th Input - Finish Nov 17th). Input Oct 6st for Engine cowls replacement, and keep our Oct 11th paint slot=and completion around Nov 17th. Rusty / Gulfstream needs direction from us today, he informs he's getting a l=t of Pressure from Savanah regarding what we want to install? (Note, Gulfstream / Rusty mentioned we have canceled large installs in the p=st, ref the upgrades to Syth Vision, FMS Software and Wifi in the GIV 2 yea=s ago) Rusty was cordial while saying this. Please advise (if possible) what I should tell Rusty?
