Erik's current lea=e in Harlem expires in September and he needs to move because the rent is =oo high. Although I think he is a very talented artist, he doesn't hav= business experience or a mentor when it comes to the business aspects of =eing an artist. It's frustrating as a mother, not to be able to =ive helpful advice but I am equally ignorant in this area. Are there real =state agents, accountants, or financial planners who specialize in this fi=Id? Do you know any real estate brokers to refer him to for advice or to h=lp him find a new space?
