She is looking for a long term job. She said if principal will offer her 50k gross per year without insurance, she will be go for it. BTW: Your salaries is way below the market for experience and qualified housekeepers. Even though she said ok for 45k, she will not be happy with the salary and she will continue looking for another job,which I don't want her to do. If you could offer her 50k gross, she will be happy and will stay at the job. let me know your opinion.
