Hi Governor - I h=ve a copy of a February invoice from Erika Kellerhals for the VI Legislati=n project ( but not addressed to anyone). It's for a small amount ($28=0), but it references a previous balance of $88,115, for a total of $90,91=. I do not have a copy of any previous invoices which I presume were sent =o Erika's client. I talked to Bill Blum who said that their client ack=owledged the obligation but wanted to follow your directions on how to pro=eed. I didn't=give any directions before I began this project.
