Jeff has been very negative in regards to repairing / re-Program Pronto remo=es, Jeff promoting the $55k Ipad controller install to operate the Cabin ma=agement system, lights and shades. Jeff informs the main issue from the onset with Pronto remote, The Pronto is=RF. The Cabin Management controller is IR and the aircraft uses a 485 contr=ller buss to light switches and window shades. The RF Signal is sent to the=box behind the Divan with coverts to IR signal,. All this take mil-Seconds,=which most users are frustrated with the delay in response,. Pete Rawson has been working with Rockwell-Collins regarding troubleshooting=and reprogramming of Pronto remotes this week as well. from Jeff Shaw Larry, As for the Pronto, we already reprogrammed all three units that you sent us.=lf it didn't work then I imagine they will not pair with your aircraft. The=Pronto remotes never worked from the start, I would not spend anymore time o= them if I were you.
