Per=JR, Boyson is running again with the "Mr. B" barge. The assets =or Boyson are currently tied up in the courts due to the bankruptcy =iling. They =re prepared to service GSJ with transporting trucks to and from STT, =tarting after July 4, 2017. They wish to have a sit-down with =E. I then =ontacted Sherrie regarding the use of the credit at the time that =oyson would again begin transporting trucks for GSJ. She =cknowledged the credit, and did not dispute when I told her the amount =f $23K. She says she will speak with the lawyer, but she believes it =ay be half and half; i.e., if Boyson makes 4 runs, 2 runs can be =pplied to the standing credit, and 2 would not.
