The initial call with the auditor should be about letting her know we're putting together the response and that we will meet her deadline (May 7 is deadline but we can finish it this week.). I would also propose that we ask her some background info, if not volunteered on her part. Her notice plainly says that BRH Holdings LP is under review. I believe it's being examined internally.
