Regan Arts--advance and inventory review underway w/ BDO, john murphy an= judith. 6 hrs of work; no sensible reason why we waited so long tho not d=e until 10/15. Will get a date that we'll get to Jeffrey. 6. Artspace-done; gets rolled into 1040. 7. Phaidon- a. Capital losses associated with sale-done. b. Operating loss gets stuck in UK entity. c. Ldb interest income on notes-done. d. There was/is an issue w/200k of PW legal fees that just came in recently=regarding 2015 transaction that has a tax effect. I really don't yet u=derstand fully, but it appears simply mismanaged by RJ/office. 7. Avionetta-w/tom; shld have a draft by end of week. Timing of financials =impacting timing of tax returns) mismanaged by office. 8. 9/15 projection and estimated taxes. Hasn't moved much from june est=mate. Should have by monday even tho we won't have all k-l's. Like=y paying in arnd 2.3mm on NYS. Hope this helpful.
