He does not see evidence of Lethal=Yellow. He said that the Palms are overdue for fertilizer and will get that=done. Also in his opinion, the trees at 5 palms are yellow due to high winds. Two palms on the beach will need to be replaced due to disease. Nothing cont=gious he said.
