I told Johann why the repair was done and he said that since we are offering=to remove the dock anyway that it should be something we can clear up quick=y. He just cant make the call himself, so it is on the way to his enforcem=nt division. Once they review it we will get a notice and we will be able t= respond and once its resolved it will be forwarded back to Johann. Hopefu=ly by then we'll have the issue cleared up with DPNR and they will be able t= move forward on the application. ACE can't officially start on the applic=tion until it is forwarded to them by DPNR. Johann said he would go throug= the document and see if he sees anything else they will need. I also inte=d to reach out to F&WS and NMFS and see if they will go ahead and start rev=ew that way we can still be moving while they are working to resolve this.
