Additionally, I think we maneuvere= them into stating we could ask the Commissioner to reconsider the 45 feet=height restriction on the flagpole, particularly since the permit hasnii>=800t been fully executed as yet. It is clear to me the section reference= to limit the height appears to refer to attachments on a building than a =reestanding pole. Hopefully the Commissioner can prevail with that.
