I am at a complete stand still until the two proposals that =ere sent to you and that we discussed on the phone on Nov 5th are =igned and returned to me. I have done 100% of work that can be =one on my end until these get signed and we can start to schedule work =nd move forward. I have sent several emails stating just this =ith no response, please see attached. We are losing time as it =as been a month and there still is no progress. In order to get =he revised purchase order for the furniture and for us to move forward =he proposal from PMG that I sent over needs to be signed and =he deposit check will need to be sent, this is only $8,500 and =here are terms to this proposal. They sent over the first pass of =he furniture on good faith and there are revisions that need =o be made to that package on the PMG side as I have provided them =ith all the revised specification already. For us to move forward =e need to have final numbers and start ordering ASAP and this =equires a signed contract. I hope that this is clear, if not =lease let me know as I feel like a broken record.
