The Commencement, at which graduates will receive B.A. and M.A. degrees from Smolny and Bard, will be held on: Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. in the Main Assembly Hall of the University Universetskaya embankment 7/9. There will be a luncheon at 1:00 p.m. at a restaurant near the University, and a ball beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the evening at the Bobrinskiy Palace, which serves as Smolny's campus. You are most welcome to join us at either or both of these events, where it will be my pleasure to introduce you to members of the University leadership and Smolny's Dean Alexei Kudrin. Should you have a question about the schedule for the day, visa issues, etc., Vice President Susan Gillespie is aware of this invitation and will be happy to assist you.
