The LES bid (attached) does not break out the areas. The other bids that Wendy received are also not totally clear. What we need is ; Areas identified and listed. ( mechanical building, front gate etc.). I believe there are 5 or 6 areas We need bids per area, total and per sq ft. • Approx sq ft per area. You can measure • An idea of how water is getting in, so the bids can remedy • How they will fix each area. Sub materials etc. • Final stucco bid • Final color • Plus any thing else you need to add.
