OPTION 2 1) Demo ENTIRE driveway of all the 4' x 4' concrete pads approximately 4,756 sq. ft. ® both east and west and haul to dump. 2) Supply and sand set install approximately 4,756 sq. ft. of Red brick of choice with coral design inlays as desired. 3) All joints will be sand swept and all edging will receive a hidden concrete edging. TERMS: EFTA_R1_02000557 EFTA02683433 1) All sub-grade surfaces will be prepped to Palm Beach Code and compacted to specs. 2) All gate tracks will be re-installed back to original after the install 3) The gate sensor may have to be re-connected with the gate after installation, if we can not connect it. 4) All permits will be included in price TOTAL: OPTION 1 - Concrete price - $61,047.60 OPTION 2 - Brick and coral $57,325.45 50% deposit is due upon signing and a draw is set upon concrete removal and delivery of brick and final due upon 100% completion Job will take 2 to 3 weeks for permit And another 10 to 12 business days to complete entire job if no unforeseen issues arise. PALM BEACH CONTRACTING SERVICES INC. hereby proposes to furnish materials as shown as stated above. All work is guaranteed to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practice. Any changes involving extra costs or extension of time will be executed upon written order and will become an extra change order over and above this proposal. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he or she will pay all collection fees, court costs, attorney's fees, and or ant other expense required to enforce the terms and conditions of this contramt.
