Since I'm the only tenant in this 10 apt villa and have a lot of shady =eal estate agents showing nasty people the apts, I have taken some securit= measures: 1. Put up a sign - see attached. Do u think I get my point across...? 2. Installed a 2nd lock 3. Installed a door-guard It's a "safe" country (because newspapers are not allowed to =eport crimes), but a girl gotta be careful... I am at full-fledged war with the hotel next door. They are blasting music =utdoors 124 meters from me until midnite 7 days / wk. I filed complaints to the Abu Dhabi govt. It's exhausting to live here!=just never had to fight like this anywhere else! The curse of living in a =ild west country without laws. I was told by security at work that I'm not allowed to attempt to drive=through the barrier at the security booth. The guards are so slow opening =he barrier so every morning it's a race whether they open it before I =un through it. Jeez... Can't have any fun at all... With all my tripple-vault-security on my frontdoor it was only a mat=er of time before I locked myself in... The locksmith told me that even though the security lock turns 4 times,=l can only turn 2 times since there's not enough space in the wall. Of=course I had to turn it 3 times... After attempts to open with knif= and screwdriver I was sure of that this was a secure lock. Finally I put =y gym-gloves on and forced the key to turn. I'm a single woman and I r=ar!
