From: Daphne Wallace < Sent: Tuesday, August 7, 2012 10:10 PM To: Jeffrey Epstein; Subject: One of the Five Palms statues - August 7, 2012 Attachments: Statue (1)JPG; Statue (2)JPG Greetings Mr. Epstein, One of the statues that=Ion repaired during his trip has suffered damage. I discovered this tod=y while I was in Five Palms looking for the fire extinguisher. Both=statues were located in a corner, covered under plastic sheeting after=ADIon completed the repairs. I brought it to Danny's attention immediately. He=has no idea what could have happened as no one was in Five Palms recently.=A0 The landscaping crew worked outside, completing the rebar installation =nd tie down of the five palms on the entrance side of the building yest=rday and today, but that is the only crew in the area this week. I emailed the photos to Ion earlier. He is presently =n Romania, but believes someone hit the statue by mistake in passing. A=cording to his recollection workers would stop in to see the ceiling even =hen he was there. Ion believes the statue was pretty sturdy. He says=he checked. Ion is suggesting that Brian could repair the statue.=A0 He says Brian has some type of glue, and that Brian said he did this =efore. Would you want Brian to proceed, or should =anny store the statues until Ion is available to repair the damage? Respectfully, Daphne 1 EFTA_R1_02066118 EFTA02700379
