If plane were to be transferred from Rance to Avioneta, the transfer would take place in a sales tax free jurisdiction 4. The memo says that if LEON is owner and operates under Part 91, there is no NJ sales tax on Part 91 operations. Further there is no sales tax on transfer from Avioneta/ Rance to LDB.
