As you know, we are current on our obligations under our =greement. I've asked Rich on numerous occasions since we signed the =greement to ensure that the appropriate paperwork was filed with the =arshall's Office to notify them of status. He has not replied to my =mails. I can only assume that it is not your intention to cause me =ermanent damage and hardship and prevent me from obtaining credit =especially so I can grow my company and retire your very costly loan!) =o I would like to ask for your assistance in removing this from my =redit report -- I do not have the legal expertise to know the =achinations but I understand that mechanisms do exist.
