SCOPE OF WORK • Disconnect, remove, and dispose of the old 40-ton Carrier chiller from basement mechanical equipment room. • Provide, rig and install (1) new additional 30 ton Multistack module to attach to the existing chiller. 4• Disconnect, remove and dispose of old BAC Cooling towers and remote sump. O Provide, rig and install (2) new 52-ton BAC galvanized cooling towers to roof and pipe into existing condenser water system. O Provide, rig and install (1) new remote sump (galvanized) in basement mechanical room and pipe into existing condenser water system. • Change filter media on existing sand filter. • Provide protection to entrance hall and steps for deliveries. • All necessary materials and labor to pipe chiller. • All necessary materials and labor to install power wiring for chiller. O Insulation of all new chill water piping and damaged insulation that may be disturbed during tie in of components. • Chill water and condenser water balancing. • Rubbish removal and carting away from site O Factory supervised start-up, and one-year warranty on entire project. O Five-year warranty on new compressors (Part only) O All labor and supervision to complete the above scope of work. (BMS system and/or control wiring is excluded from this price) Exclusions: Patching, Painting, Overtime, Electrical control wiring, BMS work and controls/control valves, Filing of permits if necessary, Sales tax, and any items not listed in our proposal.
