The FLAS SPSU, a joint partnership of St. Petersburg State Universi=y and Bard College, New York, is the first department in Russia to be foun=ed upon the principles of liberal arts. The commencement will be held at the Assembly Hall of St. Petersburg Univer=ity (Universitetskaya emb., 7/9) at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 22nd. The =eremony will be followed by a graduation ball at the Bobrinsky Palace (Gal=rnaya st., 58-60) at 7:00 p.m. I am also delighted to invite you to a lunch that we are hosting for the me=bers of the Board of Overseers, Russian and international partners of the =LAS SPSU at 1:00 p.m., right before the graduation ceremony.
